My name is Theresa Bowler-Shopeyin, MHR, LPC. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has had the privilege of providing counseling services to numerous l individuals over the past 19 years in Oklahoma. My initial goal is to build trust with you by actively listening with unconditional positive regard, in a non-judgmental and genuine caring manner. Hopefully, this will help you to feel safe and free to share openly your symptoms, thoughts, feelings, and/or story with me. In helping you to achieve your counseling goals, my therapeutic techniques are holistic. I approach therapy by assessing your needs and goals. I may select to use one or more therapeutic techniques, which may include, but not limited to cognitive-behavioral, reality therapy, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, and mindfulness. I have experience helping and assisting individual(s) of all ages in the following areas:
